Would you drive a cardboard car?

Latest original idea of Lexus is the creation of this model made of cardboard sheets.

A total of  1.700 sheets has been used to make this real size Lexus IS in collaboration with Laser Cut Works and Scales Models.

It has an aluminium base folded with 1.700 cardboard sheets of 10 mm thickness. Sheets are carefully cut with laser and sticked with adhesive.

Interior design of thisOrigami Car are incredibly precise.
